Thanks to Reddit, there's proof that additional photography on Warner Bros.' Aquaman is currently underway. A DC Cinematic subreddit user was able to take a screenshot of actor Dolph Lundgren's Instagram story post where the Rocky IV actor revealed that he was on his way to set.
Filming on the highly-anticipated underwater pic
originally wrapped back in October as several of the film's cast and crew published celebratory social media posts.
Earlier today, director James Wan took to Twitter to reveal that the first trailer for Aquaman hasn't been revealed yet because he personally feels that the VFX aren't ready.
Aquaman is presently slated to battle for your Christmas box office dollar as the Jason Momoa-led pic will bow on December 21.

Dolph Lundgren's Social Media Activity Revealed How The Underwater Scenes In Aquaman Are Filmed
This is actually a modifided version of the technique Zack Snyder first used to film Jason Momoa's brief cameo as Arthur Curry in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. With two films under their belt, hopefully there will be some impressive underwater battle scenes.
Test Screening Were Good, Then They Were Not So Good...
That fact that Aquaman test screenings were held on the Warner Bros. studio lot last month was probably the worst kept secret in recent memory as individuals were posting on social media that they would be attending days before the event was to take place.
A few days later, the first reactions leaked and it was reported that the film was significantly better than Wonder Woman. However, a more recent rumor, (which spun out of reports on the Deadpool 2 test screening) stated that the film actually tested quite poorly.
Change In King Nereus And Mera's Relationship
One of the rumors that spun out of the first test screening reactions was that Nereus and Mera would be father-daughter and not lovers as they were previously depicted in DC's New 52 comic book series. The news would be confirmed the very next day by Dolph Lundgren.
James Wan On The Number Of Villains In The Film
Fans were concerned that Aquaman was trying to cram too many villains into the film with Dolph Lundgren's King Nereus, Patrick Wilson's OceanMaster and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II's Black Manta. However, James Wan allayed those fears a bit in an interview where he scoffed at the notion that he would be ambitious enough to try to introduce 3 villains in a superhero origin film.
From his comments, it's easy to infer that one of the three is being setup for a larger role in a future installment. Another interesting aspect of Wan's comment was the ommision of The Trench, who are rumored to appear.
Underwater Communication Will Be Different Than What Was Depicted In Justice League
Comic book fans were a bit perplexed to see Mera create an air bubble to communicate with Aquaman in Justice League. As that ability is a skill that only Mera and her particular race of Atlanteans possess, comic book fans were wondering how the rest of Atlantis communicates underwater.
Last November, director James Wan confirmed that there would be no "air bubbles" in his film. Just exactly how Atlanteans communicate undersea remains to be seen.
