We've seen quite a bit of Avengers: Doomsday-inspired comic book art over the past few months, and this latest X-Men cover features characters from the various teams and factions that will come together to take a stand against Doctor Doom.

Beast and Cyclops represent the original X-Men, with The Fantastic Four's Reed Richards and The Thing, Yelena Belova from the Thunderbolts, aka the New Avengers, Captain America, Black Panther, and Thor.

Following a first look at this Doom bust in Shanghai, we also have a new video revealing the other displays, along with another international TV spot for the movie.

There's no new footage, unfortunately, but there's a lot of chatter on social media that a brand-new trailer might be with us very soon.

Daniel Richtman has also shared an update on today's report that Avengers: Secret Wars will not begin filming until November. According to the scooper, "despite the delay in filming, Marvel and the Russos still insist on keeping the release date."

This obviously remains to be seen, as there is a lot of speculation that the Multiverse Saga finale will ultimately be delayed.

Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars were hit with significant delays last year, with Doomsday now set to arrive in theaters on December 18, 2026, and Secret Wars positioned for December 17, 2027.

Both movies will be directed by the Russo brothers, who also make their MCU return after helming Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

"Universes collide and the Multiverse Saga begins its final chapter in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. Beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and ultimately face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered. This epic film will lay the foundation for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe."

Doomsday will star:

Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Lewis Pullman as Sentry, Florence Pugh as Yelena, Danny Ramirez as Falcon, Ian McKellen as Magneto, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, Winston Duke as M’Baku, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Kelsey Grammer as Beast, James Marsden as Cyclops, Channing Tatum as Gambit, and Wyatt Russell as U.S. Agent

Along with Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, Letitia Wright as Black Panther, Tenoch Huerta Mejia as Namor, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, and, of course, Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.

That promo art is really sweet!!.

Also if Secret Wars is gonna start shooting in November then that only gives them 12-13 months to finish the film which is a bit tight in terms of turnaround but can be done , especially since they don’t have any films releasing between Doomsday and it so they can put the focus of all their post production teams on SW then such as editing , VFX etc.

Anyway , hopefully both Doomsday & Secret Wars turn out well so fingers crossed!!.

It might have less CGI than Doomsday, those shots get started first anyway, so they have like 8-9 months to finish, which will be close, but possible.

We don't need the next movie quickly, we need it to be good.

I imagine, as usual, they will begin editing Secret Wars while they're filming (which should take around 5 months, per each of the last three shoots including Doomsday). We'll see. Probably a lot more interior scenes than we're anticipating.
