The latest Cine PREMIERE Mexican magazine issue was released today featuring a new look at the heroes of Marvel's The Avengers movie assembled on the front cover. And included in the mag is their "set visit" report, which offers a few comments from Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige on the potential sequel's storyline.

There are countless numbers of stories, but Civil War, the infamous chapter in which the superheroes fight each other, is a dream for millions of fans to see on the big screen, including Feige. "Exceptional story [it is] and at some point would be great." As for new characters who may appear in a sequel, on the presence of heroes like Wolverine or Spider-man, Feige thinks: "No plans for now and the advantage is that none of these characters are part of the core team. The contracts are very clear and there has been no pressure to get them back, but never say never, because four years ago this was a dream so who knows what might happen in the future. "

Yeah I'd love to see Ant-Man/Wasp, Black Panther and Dr. Strange in the sequel. Maybe Namor (or save him for the third film).
If they manage to gain the rights to Spider-Man and/or Wolverine in time for the sequel I'll be overjoyed.

Before Black Panther is in THE AVENGERS sequel, he should have his own movie first.

Agreed that Panther needs a solo movie before he goes showing up in Avengers movies.

However Jan & Hank don't need their own film. Being FOUNDING Avengers, they should just show up in the next Avengers movie.

I've thought about this a bit...don't worry I'm O.K., and I've concluded that Avenger's #2 needs a breather , and the next big team-up should be...

My left nut just popped at the thought of this becoming reality...oh, but don't worry...I got a spare!

agreed. Pym and Wasp don't have enough solo draw to have their own movie. If anything introduce them in the sequel with Pym creating Ultron as the villain for part 2

Would love to see Civil War, but they need their other heroes to do that one. Still as Feige said, "Never say, never." :)

"SN: Feige needs to update us on the status of FF movie rights."

As of January, Disney says FF is still at Fox.

"Pym and Wasp don't have enough solo draw to have their own movie."

If you remember, a lot of people said the same for Iron Man, Thor, AND Captain America.

Between Avengers 1 and 2 I think were gonna get...

Captain America 2
The Incredible Hulk 2 (Maybe)
Black Panther
Ant-Man (Wasp would obviously be in it too)

Just want to see a Hulk Vs. Wolverine fight on the big screen. They've been at it since Wolverines very beginning! I think by the time Marvel would be allowed to do this the torch will have been passed to a new actor portraying Wolvie. Perhaps a shorter, stockier actor...

Considering that Avengers was around a long time before Spider-Man and Wolverine ever became members I'm good not having them in a sequel. Civil War requires waaayy more characters that they don't currently have (either the rights or established cinematically)- I'm down for an Ultron Terminator-esque Rise of the Machines type story or a bunch of super villains escaping SHIELD's Cube. Wishful thinking storyline for me would be Avengers Disassembled with Scarlet Witch.

Ant Man/Giant Man
Black Panther

0Sagemode0,

Good pick, would've never thought of him. Namor is the only guy that makes ocean powers look freaking awesome, I really do think he deserves a movie. and it should be totally under water. Heck get James Cameron to do it since he likes all that under water stuff lol
