Too much like ASM's Lizard, needs to go more like the classic comic design

Batmaniac

I do too. Smart, intelligent, and a brute. I personally haven't read any comic incarnation that balances all 3.

I love the Harley redesign. Total spank material.

In all seriousness I honestly love the design. It fits her attitude.

Joker in the New 52 is fantastic. I didn't think it was possible but they made the Joker even more terrifying where even reading the comic freaked me out. The Death of the Family arc was pure horrific magic and one of the best Batman tales so far.

The scene with Gordon and the ending twist were the best parts of it I think.

I think we're forgetting one recent group that are perfect for adaptation to the Batman film world.

@Sid

I forget but one thing that is confirmed is

SPOILERS:
The Joker always knew that Bruce was Batman almost the whole time they've been going at it.

@Sid

Exactly, I love that it keeps that element that the Joker wants the real Bruce. I think the arc probably changed Bruce a little, how could it not with all of the [frick]ed up events in it. And then (unless they fixed it after, I don't know yet) Jason/Red Hood had his face burned by the Joker who left some kind of chemical in his mask.

I liked bane in Arkham origins with the mask and outfit, made him look like a bad ass mercenary.

but after the venom (or TN-1) comes in, its like they turn him hideous for dramatic effect or something.

I also liked B:TAS (DCAU) bane, and i liked young justice bane as well.
and i though The Batman bane was also a good one as well, albeit different.

and i kind of dont like when he needs like a backpack sized apparatus and a crap ton of tubes to inject the venom.

I just really liked the simplicity of the B:TAS and YJ bane.

Well, I've lurked long enough and finally made an account. Hey guys.

Introduction aside, I just wish WB would make a Batman film strictly based on his early days fighting gangsters and the Falcone empire, like TLH. That would be a nice change up while remaining badass as well

MrBatfleck - 3/23/2014, 5:51 PM
Thanks man, been a big fan of both of you two.

@Nukem

Yeah, it was like a mix of both, but I want to see a film where he's already established and proceeding to take down the Falcones, Maronis' etc.

I found this news on a website,

"apparently this guy named t kent nelson that my parents train with was contacted by a stunt coordinator who brought him to cali for three weeks to train jesse eisenberg how to fight like hand-to-hand and with sticks and with knives

so that’s pretty cool"

Probably 99% fake but check out the name. T Kent Nelson.

Kent Nelson.

Doctor Fate confirmed?!

But still. it'd be interesting to see that, Batman vs Lex in hand to hand.....

I haven't read Zero Year yet. I'm still catching up on a few other New 52 titles. Anyone else read Animal Man? It'll be a sad day for me when it's last issue comes out though it's amazing it lasted this long.

Yeah in #17 of Red Hood and The Outlaws :P Not really a part of the main Death of the Family arc. Although the setup to bring Jason to help the Bat-Family I feel worked.
