The Internet rumor is now official: Heath Ledger will play the Joker in the Batman Begins sequel, starring Christian Bale and directed by Chris Nolan, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Plus, the movie is titled "The Dark Knight" according to the trade. Look for filming to begin in early 2007.
