Thanks to facebook member Sunny Jock here is a bried transcript odf the trailer!

Trailer Info (from 'stealinstonesbreaknbones' on IMDB) He has seen the trailer & Prologue

We were shown a trailer (don't know if it's theatrical trailer) a few hours ago followed by the prologue. I have a few minutes to answer questions but won't be able to type up EVERYTHING until at least tomorrow. Throw em my way.

Below is what I scrambled to post from phone while there.
...
A shot of the broken bat signal appear as well as a brief collection of images (city police patrolling streets, cruisers prowling, a girl holds the hand of an authority (NIXON) during a parade) with VOICE OVER during segment;

V. O.S
"No one has been able to predict this uncontrolled string of attack. Without warning (something something)…We’re at our most vulnerable state..."

A scene of a BASE HANGER (?) opens revealing FOUR masked soldiers (antagonists) charging out with heavy weaponry. BANE casually walks out (FADE OUT before fully revealed)

BANE V.O
I’ll search for ways to challenge this world. To bring some sense to it all…

EXT. DAY
A mountain overlooking a small village and a lone traveller (Wayne) in the foreground.

BANE V.O
…You’ve brought something to these people. Something they’ve long forgotten… But you’ve hurt them as much as the common criminal.

A scene of water drops falling on Bane’s back.

Bane crouching over someone laying on the ground while strapping on some kind of belt.

BANE V.O
…But it’s still far less sinister than what I’ll conjure.

FLASH CUT TO:

A scene of victim being thrown out a window (shattering glass).

Its Not Full just what he could recall and some...

-There's only one or two shots of Catwoman - she's doing some kind of side step move over three or four of Bane's guys, very quick shot, and in another she's turning her head real quick at the camera and grinning at someone off screen with people fighting in the background and one shot of Selina with Bruce and umbrella. She says "...You're the one who will have to live with the guilt inside...The fear of becoming something you hate."

-BANE looks great! A few shots of him in the trailer coming out of an airplane hanger and of him walking out into a cheering crowd of (thugs I guess) and throwing chains up in the air (I think he's in prison here). He's shirtless and he's holding some kind of dust mask to his mouth.

-I'll be typing up both the trailer and prologue description (in full grammatical detail) tomorrow. I only have a few minutes to answer some questions right now

Here is another transcript thanks to Superherohype

One of the most anticipated films of 2012, The Dark Knight Rises revealed tonight, for the first time anywhere, its six-minute prologue that can be seen before select IMAX screenings of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, beginning December 16th. (Click here to find a participating location near you.)

Introduced by Christopher Nolan himself, the footage was unveiled at Universal City's AMC IMAX and met with rounds of heavy applause. SuperHeroHype was on hand and, while we've been asked to keep the details of the footage relatively light, here's a taste of what you can expect to see next Friday:

Even though the opening shot takes place immediately after The Dark Knight and features Commissioner Gordon speaking at Harvey Dent's funeral (and is shot in 35mm), the footage moves immediately to IMAX and the events that transpire during the hostage situation discussed in the viral documents. There, we're treated to a hostage transfer and the reveal of Bane aboard a private plane and an ensuing fight that takes every advantage of the IMAX frame. Think less The Dark Knight and more Inception or, even closer, an IMAX version of a James Bond film.

In his introduction, Nolan stressed the importance of returning filmgoing to the grandeur that it was for him as a child, warning that said scale, "is being chipped away at in all kinds of ways."

Though the response from the crowd was overwhelmingly positive, there was much discussion about Bane's voice. Muffled by his mask and featuring a British accent, it's difficult to fully understand exactly what he is saying (but likely intentionally).

At the conclusion of the footage, there's a rapid montage of shots, all in IMAX, that feature a lot to excite fans, the most intriguing of which is Bane carrying a shattered half of Batman's mask.

"I've barely started to edit the rest of the film," Nolan cautioned with a laugh, "so don't ask me what happens at the end or anything like that."

you forgot the part where we hear laughter from the joker in the end, cuz joker is always the mastermind behind everything!! HAHHAH just playin!! The movie should be set in arkham city where bane controls everything with hench men on towers with rifles and stuff. Tom hardy is an excellent actor to play an insane buff inmate like in the movie Bronson, but is Bane really a mastermind or is he more like a hyper steriod using henchman? the dark knight rises should have been a movie about the riddler, solving riddles sounds more of nolans style!!!! plus i think that nolan should have used nerve gas for joker cuz I didn't really see a whole lot of chaos in the dark knight like the joker says there was, maybe only for the part where joker dresses up as one of the guys on the firing squad but thats it! there was more chaos in the end of Begins even spiderman movies had way more chaos than in the dark night! every seen with a vilian you see people going crazy in the streets!!
