Amy Adams Reflects On Negative BATMAN v SUPERMAN Reaction And "Totally Different" JUSTICE LEAGUE
Talking at the Telluride Film Festival, Amy Adams briefly reflected on the critical response to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and promised a very different sort of movie with next year's Justice League.
Amy Adams joined the DC Films Universe in 2013's Man of Steel, and after reprising the role of Lois Lane in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the actress will next be seen in November 2017's Justice League. What the character will be getting up to there remains to be seen, but during a recent interview with Variety, the actress was quick to point out that the movie has a very different feel.
"Everyone’s really excited," she said. "It’s a totally different film." That pretty much lines up with what everyone has been saying about Justice League and no dount something we'll continue to hear over the next year or so. Of course, given the response to Batman v Superman, that's easy to understand!
However, when Adams was asked about some of the vitriol which was aimed at the movie (and specifically director Zack Snyder), she added: "I just felt for Zack. Zack’s like the nicest person ever, and to see him kind of talked about like that was really hard for me, because he’s really such a respectful director."
