“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.

Principal photography will take place on location at Michigan Motion Picture Studios and on location in and around Detroit, Michigan; Illinois; Africa; and the South Pacific.

He could be saying it to Superman but in the context of god vs man.
He could also be saying it to the Jason Todd Robin in a flashback. As we all know, Jason was the Robin Batman had the hardest time bringing to heel.

Word from El Mayimbe suggests that WB/DC will be going with credits montages, a la Watchmen, instead of post credit scenes, a la Marvel.

I love that reference, "What it means to be a man"

It makes perfect sense here, in the context of this fight. It's Batman trying desperately to bring Superman down to size, it means the same thing in the trailer as it meant in the comic. I've always loved that quote
