At NYCC this morning, Warner Brothers kicks off more marketing for the upcoming DCEU film, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. As expected, LexCorp, who is also providing free WiFi for attendies, has a booth set up for everyone to see (Thanks to @Kimmiecoomd for sharing this picture). LexCorp has also launched their site http://lexcorp.io
LexCorp also announced a brand new OS on their YouTube channel. The OS is described as the "most private and secure operating system". A very interesting, and surprisingly relevent, advertisement considering the rise in internet privacy and the recent news involving the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Will this come into play in the DCEU or is this just clever marketing? LexCorp is also providing free WiFi for attendies and a free portable charging device at the LexCorp booth.
What do you all think of this latest marketing from LexCorp? Is it a welcome change to the standard events we see at these conventions? Leave your comments below and as always; take care of one another.
