Fans that are looking forward to a film focused on the differences of Batman and Superman, with side villains as minimal, will be thrilled with recent developments in news that has come out over last 24 hours. The ideological and philosophical differences between these two heroes is what will be the focal story. Obviously we expected this to be the centerpiece, with a movie featuring the most known superheroes of all time.
According to the tweets in the past few days previous to this article by Umberto Gonzalez, Lex was the only known physical villain. Now he has updated his scoop with a reveal that DOOMSDAY will be the physical villain of the movie! The likes of Metallo, Brainiac, Parasite, or other physical villains are still not going to be a part of the new
Batman v Superman movie. The choice of foregoing some of the big gun villains may not necessarily build the excitement and hype that could push a movie like this into a larger appeal. DOOMSDAY should still keep the interest level high!
Fans got excited seeing the green legs of Scoot Mcnairy during the shooting of some scenes. The speculation ranged from him playing the Flash (which we know has been cast with Ezra Miller in lead role) to Jimmy Olsen (with mechanical legs). Other people proposed that the legs were a sure fire sign of Scoot playing Metallo.
Long time hero scooper, now formerly of Latino Review (now launching new "Heroic Hollywood" site), has revealed some details that are quite substantial. According to Umberto Gonzalez:

Scoot will be Bruce Wayne's assistance. He will not be playing Metallo. This will be a new character for the movie.
2.
Metallo is NOT going to be in the movie AT ALL.
3.
There will be only one physical villain, aside from the antagonist relationship between Batman and Superman.
4.
Lex is the main villain.
5.
Update from the original scooper is that DOOMSDAY is the physical villain and cause of heroes uniting to lead towards Justice League.
6. The "Do you bleed?" voice over moment from the trailer is reportedly a dream sequence.
