First of, OH MY GOD!! HOLY SH*T!! F*CKING MAN TEARS BABY!! The music, the characterization, the costumes, the cinematography, all on point! Also, #BenAffleckForPOTUS2020

Now that the obligatory fangasm-ism (yes I just said that!) is out of the way, on to the main article.

Ok, so a lot of you here are validly disappointed by your first impression of Doomsday's look. I was a bit puzzled too. Cause the Doomsday we know looks quite different in the comics:

But wait, here's the thing. As a DC fan, you should know by now that WB/DC don't show there characters at their fullest potential in their first appearance. We see this in Arrow, where Ollie is neither mayor, nor has the infamous goatee from the get go. Same can be said for the full potential of Barry's powers. He doesn't throw lightening, phase through objects or time travel from the first episode. In film, whatever your opinion on the way it was represented (no flame wars please), Superman's no killing rule was supposedly established through him having to kill Zod.

What's common in all of these examples is there is a natural progression to all of these characters, and we see them mold into the ultimate characters that we know and love. This way not only do the characters really come to life, but we also able to be empathetic towards most of them.

So my theory on Doomsday is that, seeing as he's just created by Lex, he is "Baby Doomsday". And I believe, he will grow and progress to become the Doomsday character we know and love (really crossing my fingers for the ponytail though).

Therefore, as the saying goes, CALM YO TITS! XD

BONUS

I think I'm pretty sure I've spotted a character that no one else has, or maybe someone has, but I didn't go through all the comments, so...

As you can see in the picture above, there is a person in a wheelchair, looking at the statue of Superman. If you zoom in and look closely, I think that's Scoot Mcnairy's character. Remember him? A lot of us thought he was playing the Flash because of the following picture.

Yeah, I think that's him. We don't know which character he's playing from the comics, but most of us think it's Jimmy Olsen.

So yeah, just something cool I spotted.

Let me know what you think in the comments below!

25 March 2016 can't come soon enough! Once again, MAN TEARS BABY!! Feast your eyes people:
