BIRDS OF PREY Hammers Its Way To The Top Of DEG's Watched At Home Top 20 List

With major theater chains expected to remain closed indefinitely and no major releases on the horizon, DEG: The Digital Entertainment Group recently introduced the "Watched at Home Top 20" list, which tallies up the most popular titles consumed on disc and digital (excluding outside subscription-based streaming platforms).

After spending a few weeks in the middle of the pack, Warner Bros.' Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) has reached the top of the list, likely getting a much-needed boost from its 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD launch last week. Meanwhile, Sony's Bloodshot dipped to second and Sony's Bad Boys for Life fell to third. Disney's The Call of the WIld, which also recently arrived on physical home media, jumped up to fourth while Paramount's Sonic the Hedgehog continued to hold strong, finishing fifth.

As for the newcomers, Sony/Blumhouse's Fantasy Island, which dropped out last week, leaped all the way up to sixth after its Blu-ray debut. The second season of Paramount's Yellowstone also made its debut at #20.

For the week of May 21, here is the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list:
