Ant-Man director and writer Peyton Reed has revealed that all of the final VFX shots, audio tweaks, etc. on Ant-Man are complete.

 


Back when news first surfaced that Ava DuVernay was reportedly set to direct Black Panther for Marvel Studios, many trade journalists were quick to debunk the rumor. Since then, Kevin Feige has publicly confirmed that Marvel Studios has, at the very least, met with DuVernay regarding Black Panther. Is an announcement imminent? Who knows? But keep in mind that The Wrap first reported that Marvel was considering DuVernay for either Black Panther or Captain Marvel back in May.  Unless Marvel Studios makes a surprise splash at SDCC, the likely venue for any sort of confirmation would come at this year's D23 Expo in August.


Charlie Rowe has no hard feelings regarding losing the role of Spider-Man to Tom Holland.
