With just sixteen days 'til Marvel's Captain America: The Firs Avenger hits theaters, Baskin-Robbins have released five unseen set images, showcasing their partnership with Marvel and promoted the much-anticipated film. Featuring director Joe Johnston, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, with a peek at Red Skull & the Captain's backside, check 'em out below.











Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull. Starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, the film releases July 22, 2011.

Its ironic that one the shots has a clear view on clapper of the date of shooting "29th July 2010" exactly a year before its released in Europe.....its also my birthday. Just saying. :)

@intruder, what I meant by that comment was more of an observation of the way it's lit, shot, and perhaps the pacing, nothing at all in comparison of story telling or plot. I don't want an Indiana Jones rip-off, I want it to be its own damn movie. But i do like the fact that it looks aesthetically like its in the same vain.
