We've seen Brie Larson sport a variety of different outfits as Carol Danvers since cameras started rolling on the Captain Marvel movie, and these latest images from the set give us a look at the Academy Award-winning actress in her character's United States Air Force gear.

Just Jared has shared over 30 photos from the currently shooting MCU film, and they feature Larson climbing a rope (all that upper-body training came in handy!) in order to get into position to perform a stunt of some sort.

We have no idea what the sequence will entail, but there's clearly a bit of wore-work involved. Could this be the moment Danvers realises she's gained the ability to fly, perhaps?

Check out the pics at the link below and let us know what you think. Captain Marvel flies into theaters in 2019.

Also, in the absence of an official image, The Russo Brothers are now using a piece of Captain Marvel fan-art for their Twitter profile image.

I'm in the LA area and really want to sign up to be an extra on Captain Marvel. But it seems like a hassle, as in I actually have to fill out an I-9 form and turn it in to the casting office, and then hope they choose me, and then I have to somehow get off work during the days of the shoot.

Sigh. Since most Marvel films shoot in Atlanta, this was my one chance.

This is some kind of military training taking place. What does the character do in the comics? I assume the "captain" moniker relates to some kind of military classification. One would assume it's the air force?

Cool to see some action shots. Hard to tell what's happening for sure. Maybe her early military training?

By the way, I was in the Air Force as a recruit. The obstacle course is a fun memory. Of course, I've always been a good climber.

By the way, don't join the military until you've read Lysander Spooner's No Treason: Constitution of no Authority. Then, if you really understand the implications, you won't want to. They make you take an oath, and in good conscience, well, you won't be able to.

Upon closer inspection of the rope, yeah, it's training. Her clothes also give it away.
