I think most people that are hating on this without even reading it first just don't like change. If it's an avengers comic I guess they think that it should only have Hulk, Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Hawkeye and Black Widow. I'm liking the additions of Rogue and Deadpool to the team. My only complaint is there should only be one or two teams of avengers not six. It kind of waters the name down. I get that the name is hot right now because of the movies and they want to have an all female team and what not but they could have one all female team and one main team with an interchanging roster every story arc. At this point I think every superhero in the marvel universe has been an Avenger at one time or another, even Squirrel Girl is an avenger what's next Howard the duck?

When the reboot of the rebooted Marvel U has the iconic characters now portrayed as either preteens or just plain unrecognizable I don't need to read that crap to hate on it.

dapug88 : I love the way The Hulk is a forgone conclusion with younger people since the first film came out. After issue 2, he wasn't an Avenger for almost 50 years.

You think whatever you like but the fact that Marvel has made every character (and still is every 3 months with some shitty event or another) in their vast library of characters an Avenger since they made 1 1/2 billion on screen...is an absolute shame.

It's pandering, pure and simple. And people like you...are enablers.

LOL!!!! All you really need to look at to see how ridiculous this title is, is consider the fact that the team that works well enough together to load up, go into space and save the Galaxy would never include Deadpool. Love the guy but he could never be part of anything close to resembling a well oiled unit.

why do I even hold onto my comics anymore? I'm honestly struggling with getting rid of everything because even though Disney should bring the value up for old # 1's it seems like Disney.... scratch that, Disney IS killing off and replacing the og's with characters who wear the exterior colours, but change the character inside.

Disney: I was raised on marvel, star wars and the Toronto maple leafs. you can't make the leafs any worse, but your political agenda had made marvel comics unrecognizable to me.

you win. I'm gone. thanks for the memories.... oh wait, THAT was marvel.

@DellRusk Why on Earth would somebody actually read one of these new comics? If they do that they may actually like them. And that would be horrible! No, much easier to sit with a keyboard and talk garbage about something without ever trying it. That's how the world works nowadays. Comics, music, games, films, TV shows... just slag it off without watching it. Easier that way. Just don't dare do that to something I like or there'll be hell to pay and I'll criticise you for doing exactly what I do without any sense of irony...
