Frank Miller who wrote the forward for the book told why Batman: A Visual History is a "must get" book. The video also features James Tynion IV and Jason Fabok as they discuss Batman's legacy and much much more. Check it out below!

Batman is the secret identity of Bruce Wayne, an American billionaire, industrialist, and philanthropist. Having witnessed the murder of his parents as a child, he swore revenge on criminals, an oath tempered with a sense of justice. Wayne trains himself both physically and intellectually and dons a bat-themed costume to fight crime.[6] Batman operates in the fictional Gotham City, assisted by various supporting characters including his crime-fighting partner, Robin, his butler Alfred Pennyworth, the police commissioner Jim Gordon, and occasionally the heroine Batgirl. He fights a large assortment of villains, often referred to as the "rogues gallery", which includes the Joker, the Penguin, the Riddler, Two-Face, Ra's al Ghul, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman. Unlike most superheroes, he does not possess any superpowers; he makes use of intellect, detective skills, science and technology, wealth, physical prowess, martial arts skills, an indomitable will, fear, and intimidation in his continuous war on crime.

I had the pleasure of meeting Frank Miller this August in Hollywood, he signed a couple of my books. It was at a local comic shop for their weekly podcast, they essentially interviewed him and went over his career in the industry. I got to sit in the front row literally 3 feet away from him. Being able to listen in as a legend recalls their career was amazing, best experience I've had meeting someone in this business. Frank was incredibly kind and patient with other fans there as well, plus Kyle Higgins was sitting in the crowd. Really memorable day. It's a shame he went through Chemo, but I hope he is able to recover because he truly appreciates his fans.
