Teen Titans #5 will likely be out sometime in late January 2012, while issues #2-4 will be released October 26th, November 23rd, and December 28th, respectively.

That is Kid Flash in Tim Drakes costume. Therfore Tim saves him and gives him something to wear when they are then attacked by superboy which means RunDTC is stupid.
