Futures End is a weekly series which takes place in the DC Universe five years from now. The world has changed a lot in that time, and this September, each monthly series will reveal what happened to all of our favourite character during that period. Is that Lagoon Boy on the Teen Titans cover? If so I guess they are bringing him back from the dead. Also if it is him I hope this time they show more of his species. His history has always been a mystery. So it would be nice to know if there's more creatures like him or if he's the last of his kind.

Yup, DC is bound and determined to drag comics back to the horrid 90's and leave it there where they seem to feel most comfortable.

I won't be picking up any of these save what I already pivck up from DC - which these days isn't much. This Future's End business isn't all that exciting to me either.

I don't care whether these are new number ones for the series or just "number ones" for Future's Ends spinoffs - I don't care. Why do they bother listing ANY DC (or Marvel) comic with anything but "First Issue: Number 1!"

It's beyond being remotely interesting and has moved well into irritating.

I like pretty much all of these. I love the Swamp Thing one though, it looks awesome. I don't really like the Batman/Superman one. I liked them being best pals.
