Suckered me in with the Justice league cover.
Since when did Silk Spectre look like that?
She looks far too comfortable with her own sexuality.

Love the littl Bubastas and the Alexander, not keen on the NY skyline.
I'm just not comfortable with this whole Before Watchmen.

Say what you like about Before Watchman, be it a faithful prequel or desperate money grab, you must admit that the artwork, especially Cooke's, is killer.

I'm seeing a George Perez influence in Jim Lee's art, these days.

I've been kinda disappointed in JL. I'd have hoped the book would step into more epic storytelling, and actually focus on the League, but the book's been kinda "ehh" since it started. I honestly hope we get a change sometime soon.

the typical DC fan reaction...

" That first one is pretty good. except for some reason, Batman is second row and not centered. but still, pretty good."

and then...

"i dont care too much for Watchmen. It doesnt involve Batman. Doesnt even have Batman in their universe. but thats just me, im sure others think it's fine."

Is Superman dancing while flying? His upper and lower body seem out of sync

If only the JL books were actually as good as their covers... I really liked the New 52 at the very beginning, now it's just... Boom here, boom there.

Man in crowd 1: He's dead. Superman is dead! He's not coming out.

Man in crowd 2: They've killed Superman! What are we gonna do now?

Man in crowd 3: Let's go get 'em ourselves! C'mon, I know some judo.

Element Woman was part of the Trinity War pull-out wasn't she? That should mean that we will get some Trinity War setup.
