With DEATH OF THE FAMILY still ongoing many fans are still wondering who lives and who dies. There have been plenty of hints that a major character will indeed die. One of the descriptions for Batman #18 is...

• In the wake of unspeakable tragedy, Batman is in danger of losing his humanity!

So whatever happens in the conclusion to DEATH OF THE FAMILY is safe to say Bruce Wayne is not the same man anymore. Take a look below to the cover for Batman #19 which sees Bruce breaking his number one rule?

We should know more about this issue on Monday when DC releases the full solicitations for comics in April.

Scott Snyder's writing and Greg Capullo's art makes a great book. Death Of The Family has been awesome so far. I cant wait for the next arc! We should see more Harper Row plus after what happen in Batman #0 we should see more Red Hood Gang!

Here comes someone saying that Bruce Wayne would never use a gun and how much the DCnU sucks because of this...

Only, to read the issue, and see Bruce Wayne not ever use the gun...like Diana in Wonder Woman # 8. -_-

Maybe its a dream, I dont think Bruce would be walking down the street with a gun, lol. I like how Capullo drew Batman as the shadow.

how does that show him breaking his number one rule?

1.Batman has used guns before.
2. He never fired it otherwise we'd see a flash around the barrel or at least smoke, he's just holding it.
3. even if he does fire the gun we dont know if he's "KILLED" someone, maybe he shot them in the foot lol

Do you think that maybe at the end of Death of the Family, Bruce is really going to break his rule and finally kill the Joker for good? I mean, that'd be one hell of a story to tell: Joker's death at the hands of Batman. Don't get me wrong, the way Arkham City did it was great, but actually making Batman kill him would be quite a shocker. It'd really show how much Joker has impacted Bruce's life, so much so that he finally decides "[frick] it, this guy deserves it" and kills him. Sure, it's uncharacteristic of him, but it'd make for a good aftermath story of Bruce dealing with whether he made the right choice or not.

Whenever I watch CBS' Person of Interest, I always see Bruce Wayne/Batman in Caviezel's John Reese portrayal (they even have matching phenotypic traits). When I look at this particular image of Bruce Wayne, though, I see the reverse -- I see John Reese AKA "the man in the suit." Overlapping at its finest.
