DC Rebirth saw Batman propose to Catwoman in Batman #24 and after several twists and turns, she finally responded, "Yes" in Batman #32.  The two are set to officially tie the knot in Batman #50, out July 4 but the Joker will have his say on the matter in that issue, which fans will be able to glimpse of in the preview contained in DC Nation #0.

The 32-page book will be $0.25 in comic book stores and free digitally as part of DC's Free Comic Book Day offering.

Do you think Bruce and Selina will actually get hitched? Will Superman or Nightwing be the Best Man?  We'll get the first look in DC Nation #0, along with previews for Scott Snyder's Justice League" No Justice and Brian Michael Benids' Man of Steel.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

DC GIVES FANS A SNEAK PEEK AT SOME OF THE HOTTEST EVENTS OF 2018 IN DC NATION #0

Twenty-Five Cent Sampler Comic Book Features Stories from DC’s Hottest Writers Available May 2

Book Includes Preview of Free DC NATION Fan Magazine, Debuting June 6

(BURBANK, CA) – (February 1, 2018) – Boasting three of the most popular writers in comics, DC is getting a jump on Free Comic Book Day (May 5) to let fans in on all the excitement in store for the World’s Greatest Super Heroes. On Wednesday, May 2, DC NATION #0, a 32-page comic book, will be available at comic book retailers at a cover price of $0.25 and free via digital download. DC NATION #0 spotlights events from three of DC’s top storytellers – Scott Snyder, Tom King and Brian Michael Bendis, all best-selling, celebrated authors.

With the unbelievable conclusion to Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s DARK NIGHTS: METAL paving the way for the JUSTICE LEAGUE: NO JUSTICE four-issue weekly series (with co-writers James Tynion IV, Joshua Williamson and artist Francis Manapul), fans will be clamoring for more information on what kind of wild, over the top roller-coaster ride Snyder and crew have planned next; artist Jorge Jiménez (SUPER SONS) joins him for a preview of just how big the Justice League’s next challenge will be when JUSTICE LEAGUE: NO JUSTICE begins May 9.

In a Batman story by Tom King and artist Clay Mann, The Joker gets word about the wedding between the Bat and the Cat, and he’s not happy. With the wedding story arc reaching its climax in BATMAN #50 on sale July 4, The Joker will be that one wedding guest most likely to speak now and not hold his peace at all.

From the return of the trademark red trunks to the debut of superstar writer Brian Michael Bendis in the ACTION COMICS #1000 comic book in April, the future for Superman couldn’t shine any brighter, but for fans, that’s just the tip of the super-iceberg. Bendis, along with legendary artist José Luis García-López, is also contributing an all-new story to DC NATION #0, a prelude to his highly anticipated MAN OF STEEL weekly miniseries debuting May 30.

Fans will also get a sneak preview of DC’s new promotional magazine DC NATION. The debut issue of this free, full-sized fan magazine will be the perfect place for fans to get the latest news on what’s happening at DC, arriving at comic book retailers on June 6 and available for digital download. Oh Joker you so crazy you.

Batman still loves you man, but you gotta give the Bat a break once in a while, man's gotta chill and get some sexy with his girl, so yeah remember what frankie says: RELAX.

Joker just wants Batman for himself

@ArkhamClown - i don't know if you're kidding or not - but you are absolutely correct. the real essence of the joker character is that he wants batman for himself. it's one of the biggest things that bugged me about the joker/harley nonsense in SS. anyways, well said!

@maxx - Thank you, sir. I wasn’t kidding, but the gif did implement that. The Joker never wanted Batman to have a partner, sidekick, or love interest. It HASto be Joker and Batman forever in his book.

@storyteller - Good. The costume is off balanced without them.

@MrDandy - With the red cape, red on the belt, and the red boots. I think there was plenty of balance.

At least the cuffs are back. Great edition from MOS was the cuffs. I'm still a fan whenever they make the S 3D(happened a bit after Superman Returns).

@storyteller - It's easy to tell who the young users on this site are. It's usually when they don't like the red shorts for some reason because it isn't hip and with it, I guess.

But in terms of character design it keeps the costume from looking like a big blue blotch.

Judging how Doomsday Clock takes place a year post current DC stuff.....

And Batman is hated against....
And Joker owns a gang territory in Gotham....
And Alfred cooks Bruce pancakes.....
And Rorschach sneaks into Wayne Manor undetected
And Bruce & Alfred are the only ones home....

Things aren’t in favor of the wedding happening

DC has no balls

Before anyone brings up Marvel, they have less balls with the shit they did in One More Day & then 10 years later cockreasing is with Renew Your Vows making us think that universe would enter the main MCU universe with us instead getting Peter Stark who runs Parker Industries & Spider-Man is his bodyguard

Thank God Slott will finally write Iron Man since he’s had practice writing Stark for 3 years
