COMICS: DC Reveal Plans For A New DEATHSTROKE Series From Tony S. Daniel
After launching Detective Comics for "The New 52", writer and artist Tony S. Daniel will return to pulling double duty on a new Deathstroke series for DC Comics. You can find more about that after the jump, along with a new bust based on Jim Lee's designs.
Slade Wilson's popularity is arguably at an all-time high since being played by Manu Bennett in Arrow, and now his comic book counterpart will be getting a new monthly series from writer and artist Tony S. Daniel (Superman/Wonder Woman). DC promises that we'll see Deathstroke as never before in the exciting new series, with one surprise after another as Slade Wilson finds himself in the fight of his life! The character, without question, is the world’s greatest assassin and one of the most feared people on the planet; he’s been a mercenary-for-hire, but has now been recruited onto Task Force X, a.k.a The Suicide Squad. We're about to know a lot more about the complex man behind the missions. Are you planning on checking out the new Deathstroke series?
