Those people are idiots,as are you for thinking because of a TV show we should change a character into the lead of a franchise, it doesn't work that way. I like how NO one ever mentions the GL TAS, I mean that show got 2-3 million views an episode and it lasted for 2 years that counts for something(as you know it got cancelled to to poor merchandise sales). They need to make a TAS including all the GL's so that people will understand that there isn't just one lantern and that it wasn't them changing a black character to a white character. I hate when I hear that because its complete and utter ignorance.

I love the cover. Not a fan of Bernard Chang though.

Not even close. He hasn't had anything that interesting written for his character in years. And why do you say "was", he still is ONE of the best, not better than Hal or Kyle though that's for sure.

What ever happened to Hawkgirl? I think its funny with all the hot alien girls running around they're trying to hook Jon Stewart up with the one alien chick who looks like a black woman. Go fig.

Hawkgirl and GL Stewart never hooked up in the comics only in the animated JLU and the "black alien" is fatality a former GL villain that hunted down all GLs in hope of finding the one who destroyed her planet leaving her the only one of her species left, they where foreced to work together in the recent GLCcomic and ended up falling inlove. And the current hawkgirl is part of earth2.
