Power ring, the alternate universe's green lantern, it's an odd thing I'm not sure I fully understand it myself, but I think it's supposed to be the first lanterns ring, the one the got rid of at the end of "Wrath of the first lantern"

The Power Ring weapon isnt like a green lantern ring. Its a being named Volthoom (the first lantern, Earth 3's version). He partially controls the host, and is not to be confused with Earth 2's "Starheart", who is good and is the ring for Alan Scott and Jade.

Its Power ring from the Crime syndicate. Opposite of Green Lantern.

Where GL's ring ran on will and fearlessness this ring attaches itself to the weak willed and cowardly and drains them like a parasite.

Guess that's where the paranoid thing comes in. Prophet thing is weird though.

And her look is kinda strange as well.

Yeah, Ivan is a damn good artist. I haven't really read all that much GL, but I absolutely love anything that Reis does.

yeah, even the construct-suit on her looks like a gas mask and Cheshire was all about poisons.

It also seems weird that she doesn't look scared and weak-willed like the previous Power Ring, but I'll give this a try.

LOL @The new 52. I thought the whole point of this "Reboot" (if you can call it that since both Batman's and Green Lanterns' pre-52 histories are intact) was to cool it with all the convoluted Multiverse shit. Guess not.

uhhh I think your confusing this new 52 reboot with the crisis on infinite earths reboot of the 80s. nowhere has anyone said this was to get rid of the multiverse.
it's not actually hard to follow either. This is the green lantern from earth 3, the same one that has been a major focus since Forever Evil started like 9 months ago. that's it.

I sorry but the Earth 3 character are supposed to the the evil opposite of Earth 1(Prime). So Earth prime does not have a female Lantern so how is this possible?

Oh wait this is the DCnU where they through out years of ideas, stories, and rules never mind.
