the art on this book is great. the writing is good too... but it's one of those books where you get two issues of script for every three issues. love ya geoff... pace could pick up tho is all i'm sayin.

@ jimpinto

With the exception being that goddamn travesty of a conclusion to "The Others" arc.. Issue 13 was horrible.

That being said, Aquaman finally kicks ass and is relevant! He will remain on my pull.

actually, they understate his strength anyway. manta says his muscle density is 10 times normal, but the pressure on the sea floor is closer to a thousand times that at sea level. dc just fudges it because they don't want him to be as invulnerable as clark or diana.

@TheNerdicon Actually you do because this arc is a Aquaman/Justice League cross-over tie-in. So, sorry, but you do.

Still love me some Aquaman. Never thought I would say that 2 years ago. I agree that I was a little disappointed with #13 but Black Manta is truly a great rogue to match Aquaman. Who's next?

Is johns out after 14? I sure hope that whoever picks it up continues giving aquaman the same justice. One of the best titles right now.

So he'll probably wrap up in a few more issues.

Reis does a phenomenal job too!

only ignorant idiots mock aquaman.

super strength
super speed
king of atlantis and all the mythical creatures that reside in it
essentially rules 70% of the world
can summon cthulu to eat your soul

the joke came from a forty year old cartoon where he was mostly depowered. it's like judging batman from purely the adam west series.

you should have your comics-fan card revoked if you seriously believe all he can do is talk to fish.

Why won't DC step up and let me read their comics online like Marvel? I'm so interested in DC titles, they've gotta make it more convenient for me. And I'm talking about an unlimited subscription.
