The popular YouTube channel SourceFed has recently posted there list of the top 10 comic book villains.

SourceFed's Top 10:
10) Stephen Dorff as Deacon Frost (Blade)
9) Liam Neeson as Ra's al Ghul (Batman Begins)
8) Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle / Catwoman (Batman Returns)
7) Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw (X-Men:First Class)
6) Terence Stamp as General Zod (Superman II)
5) Jack Nicholson as The Joker (Batman)
4) John Leguizamo as Clown/Violator (Spawn)
3) Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn / Green Goblin (Spiderman)
2) Ian McKellen as Erik Lehnsherr / Magneto (X-Men)
1) Heath Ledger as The Joker (The Dark Knight)

Decent list, although I am surprised by Sebastian Shaw, Clown/Violator, and Green Goblin.
