COMICS: Art Adams' Incredible FF #1 Variant Pays Homage To The Silver Age

Matt Fraction (Invincible Iron Man) and Mike Allred ( Wolverine And The X-Men) look set to bring a silver age feel to the team which consists of Ant-Man, She-Hulk, Medusa, and Ms. Thing, and what better way to make that clear than with a variant cover which pays homage to Jack Kirby?

It would be interesting to see them go against the green goliath again. But for some reason I think:

-Ant-Man will be the Invisible Woman
-Madame Medusa will be the Mister Fantastic
-She-Hulk and Ms. Thing will be the Thing

But only in Powers & Abilities, not in personality.

Blue Demon, she was around for about a half a year sometime in the late 80s or early 90s. Only thing being she looked exactly like Ben except she wore different clothing.

That "Ms. Thing" is one of the lamest ideas I've seen in quite a while. I've always loved Art Adams' pencils. One of my favorites. That is what comic art is supposed to look like.

@SigmaCenturion

Exactly what I was thinking! Why is there another version of the Fantastic Four needed? Its not like the Earth will be without superhero protection when the original team leave to go to into space for a while. Couldnt we just have one Fantastic Four team and see their adventures in space. seems pointless having this other silly looking team

@dancingmonkey08 It's just another way to have another comic to showcase characters that aren't up to anything at the moment.
