Slott should just kill himself, do us all a big favor.

Seriously at this point i think the only news the CBM community wants to hear about concerning Spider-Man is the new movie or Peter's return other than that no one gives a shit.

Did Marvel hire someone from Archie comics to draw Spiderman, this shit is awful...

Why does Marvel insist on keeping this old bad alive? She has done nothing important in Spider-Man comics in years. She is just a waste of space. These morons seriously chose to let her live and be useless over Peter and Mary Jane's marriage? I'm convinced you couldn't kill her even if you put an atomic bomb in her purse.

Let's kill Peter Parker in the most insulting way possible but keep this constantly-dying old woman alive. We need somebody to be useless and unnecessary around here.

Slott dying is extreme, but his work sucks. I like bits n pieces like Peter getting the job at Horizon, but since Octo-Spider I've all but given up on this title; tried to give Slott a chance but short of a cool looking costume it just sucks. I'm just happy Miles is still around so I can get a true Spidey fix.

Heck, Miles' series has been cancelled too! Marvel really just sucks now. I'll continue reading, but Peter had better come back soon.

never see him the same way again? does that mean people will finally see him as the egotistical dick bag he has become and realise he's not the same spider-man?

This art is fine. I actually think it's pretty good. It has that classic feel to it. As far as SpOck goes, I like how they're writing him here. He's finally admitting to his mistakes. Otto had to have some sort of character development from all of his experiences as Spider-Man.

Wait, Ultimate Spider-Man is cancelled? It better be because they're bringing it into the regular 616, and it better have a no. 1 in the New NOW!

I was skeptical about Miles, but there's something there that's really genuine.

Blackout? The Blackout from the Dan Ketch Ghost Rider series Blackout?? He's a sick villain in that book. I wish Marvel would bring back Dan Ketch.

@ATrueHero1987 I don't think that's the right blackout.

...and dumb statement of the day goes to me.

I thought it was the other Blackout who controls Darkforce. I was wrong. My accident.

@LewaKrom We know, it's just that we don't like the fact that he started the whole Superior Spider-Man series in general. At least, I know that's what I am kind of disappointed about haha.

Cool Blackout!from the Ghost rider movie

I, too, was hoping to see the old Darkforce-empowered villain known as Blackout. Instead, we have the Ghost Rider's old punching bag version.

ColonelKilgore - 11/14/2013, 11:20 PM
Damn it. Darkforce Blackout would be way better instead of Nick Cage's leftovers. I feel stupid for not looking at the actual page, though.

Hey, Josh, can I have one good reason why my article from earlier today was deleted?

How does anyone justify wishing Slott or anyone else was dead? Do you even read the shit you write?

Grow the hell up.

loki668 - 11/15/2013, 12:55 AM
I agree that wishing someone dead is not only the least mature thing you can say about someone, it also signifies a great lack of imagination. Here's some examples of having fun with your wishes, instead of just recycling the old death-wishes you would hurl at your parents when they wouldn't let you stay up late.

I wish Aunt May would turn into Ghost Rider and kick Blackout's ass. Then we'd get to see the Ghost Rider make wheatcakes!!

I wish they'd make "The Ghost Crotch: Testicles of Vengeance"! That way I could finally use my crotchless, leather chaps and that old can of sterno, that's been laying around my garage, for cosplay.

I wish that they'd finally find a way for Superman to utilize "Super-Urine" in the comics. Or maybe use his "Super-Fart" to put out a forest fire. Or cause one. I'm not too picky!

Peter will be back. And most of you have failed to realize what you are could be getting.

A new anti-hero. I would be shocked if they killed Doc Ock. He will most likely end up in a a Parker Clone after redeeming himself and bringing Parker back.

It makes it sooooo much more interesting.
MrDonut
MrDonut - 11/15/2013, 7:03 AM
We already have anti-hero Spider-Man, he's called Kaine Parker; the Scarlet Spider. No need for crap Octo-Spider.
FantasticSpidey
FantasticSpidey - 11/15/2013, 7:07 AM
Yeah but this is the anti-hero for people who don't want a Wolverine/Dead Pool sort of Anti-Hero. Kaine seems to be less scientific than Peter by a long shot.

Not all anti-hero's have to be brooding and lacking intelligence.

Doc could be an intelligent/brilliant alternative.

lapress - 11/15/2013, 7:31 AM
I'm sure there could of been a better way to turn Peter Parker into an anti-hero without killing him. They did it with the symbiote suit. Maybe if they killed Aunt May (again), or significantly harm a character that Peter cares about in a way that would alter his morals (even briefly) than that would have been good.

Makiveli21 - 11/15/2013, 7:44 AM
@mrgod- go kill your self. Dont talk shit about slott. Superior is the best thing to happen to comics in the last decade. Im assuming your talking shit about a book you dont read (which makes you ignorant) by the way, its the highest selling book right now, so obviously people "give a shit"
Makiveli21
Makiveli21 - 11/15/2013, 7:46 AM
Some of you people are morons. Talking about comics that you havent read in years makes you sound REALLY stupid
Aryakin
Aryakin - 11/15/2013, 8:49 AM
@Makiveli21- I have every issue of the new superior book and i can tell you that it's terrible and I really wish slott would just NOT write comics anymore. The only reason I have this many issues is because they continue (and have since the very begining) to spoon feed "hope" that the end of this travesty is only a couple issues away.

It's terribly written. Too coincidental and genuinely lacks heart something i've been reading spider-man for, for many years. If you think this is the best thing to happen to comics in the last decade you really are ignorant.
Makiveli21
Makiveli21 - 11/15/2013, 3:15 PM
Name a better spiderman story in the last decade? The other? Sins past? Omd? Unmasking in civil war? I'll wait........ Your the ignorant one if you dont know how long a decade is. And the last decade of spidey has been ugly. Thank God for Slott.
MrDonut
MrDonut - 11/16/2013, 1:57 PM
Ultimate Spider-Man both with Peter Parker n Miles Morales has ironically, been better than Superior Spider-Man; hell, it has been the best Spider-Man title in/for the last 10 years. Like Aryakin, I've read Slott's Spidey stuff; I've liked certain things but most of it is shit, especially Octo-Spider; Marvel are just violating what arguable is/was their greatest n most popular character. Just a damn [frick]ing shame, stupid how they keep stretching this shit out...
