I've read thousands of Marvel comics..still not clear on Scarlet Witch's mutant powers.
Too lazy to read her bio.

I like Rouge's abilities..at a touch she gains others mutant powers.
It would be cool if it worked on normal humans also.

Like if she touched a heart surgeon she would temporarily know all his medical knowledge.
Maybe she can..?

^^^
Daaaamn..how long does Rouge's powers last?
So anytime the X-Men need assistance in any matters of science, tecnology, medical, military tactics, etc.

Prof. X or other telepath can "read" humans, find out who knows what & have Rouge gain that ability / knowledge & use those skills to further their needs.
She's like the ultimate teacher / tool / hot chick.

no it wears off relatively soon, unless she holds on long enough to kill the person. then she keeps the ability permanently.

Rouge is not a killer but is pretty damn lethal.
She should walk around with a warning label attached to her.

Yes, I can admitingly say I'm a X fan first before any team affiliation, and have read too many arcs to even begin to count, but even with all of that, I still could not tell you what all powers Scarlet Witch possesses.

The short version is that Wanda has the power to alter reality. It began with "bad luck" hexes, where she's basically unintentionally alter the nature of probability to yield a negative outcome. Afterward, she learned to consciously manipulate probability to control the outcome in her favor (ie whatever she wanted the outcome to be).

The probability warping hexes turned out be to miniature manifestations of Wanda's larger reality warping abilities, which extend beyond just probability. On top of that, she was trained in magic, so not only can Wanda warp mundane "basic" reality, she can tap into the primal nature of magical forces and manipulate those as well.

Between her power to tap into basic reality and alter the probability of an existing physical outcome and her ability to tap into core magical forces (including Chaos Magic, the biggest, baddest, meanest, ugliest magic there is) she can not only bend reality beyond probable outcomes and, well, pretty much the laws of physics themselves, she can manipulate the very elemental forces of the cosmos that make up the fabric of all reality.

Basically she and Franklin Richards could have a lot of fun playing "who's the better God", as between Franklin creating the Heroes Reborn pocket universe and Wanda rewriting history to create the alternate House of M reality (and then virtually wiping mutation out), they could theoretically make or remake reality as they saw fit.

Like Jean was the universe's chosen host for the Phoenix Force, Wanda is set to become a Nexus Being, which would make her a focal point for the our dimension's mystical forces. When she's done cooking and in her prime (and could access that without going insane)she could pretty much warp the multiverse itself or, quite possibly, add entire, complete new realities to it (provided she doesn't rip it apart first).
