The Captain America one is beautiful, the Iron Man one is awesome, and the Thor, well, it's okay.

I'm definitely getting that Captain America issue with that cover.

Although I don't really see the need to have the Thor cover in that way. With Cap its understandable seeing as Brubakers been on the title so long and this is the end of the Iron man series that began over 500 issues ago. With Thor though Fractions only been on for a little over a year and the main series already ended.

Love the covers! It's sad that the runs of Ed Brubaker & Matt Fraction on the Captain America & Invisible Iron Man comics are coming to an end.

Oh but "it's not a reboot". Yeah right Marvel. They are all but saying goodbye to the iconic heroes we have known all these years with all of the "homage" covers and starting anew with massive redesigns for "MarvelNow",but hey it's not a reboot so its all good.

Like I said, MarvelNow will be my "jumping off point" after 40 plus years of buying comics. Good luck.

I dont think that was the best image to use of Captain America at the to of the star. Thats gonna hurt.

Fraction's Thor was okay at best to me. Wasn't worth $3.99. Farewell, Brubaker. Hope he comes back to Marvel soon.

The Cap cover is like a smorgasbord of classic Kirby poses....

The X-Men montage would probably have been AMAZING though...Kirby,Byrne,Lee,Silvestri,JRJr.,Barry Windsor-Smith,Steranko,Neal Adams,Alan Davis..

That Thor cover needs more Coipel and Simonson,imho...
