Also, his new costume seems to vary from book to book. Sometimes he has scales, sometimes he doesnt, sometimes he has shoulderpads, sometimes he doesnt, sometimes his helmet is connected through the neck and sometimes it isnt

Cap would get shot half-way through that statement, since Nuke is a [frick]ing psycho who's also extremely delusional.

There's a reason why bulletproof Superman says these things, since he can't get hurt saying them and because he has the situation under control.
