The last two issue arc was totally the bomb. This doesn't compare from what I've read.

@dellamorte1872 and @returnhangar the space station has an oxygen supply. It's not some mystical, supernatural power or other stupid explanation for how he can 'flame on', there are tanks providing oxygen to the space station, as they do in real life. In turn, Johnny uses that oxygen to 'flame on'. He's told to stop because he'll use up all the oxygen, so he makes himself 'flame off'.

It's incredible how so many people get distracted by the colourful pictures and don't actually read.

I always love the banter between Spidey and Johnny. It would be awesome if there were some crossover movie with the two of them in it...not going to happen, but one could dream...

Spidey and the Torch always makes for a fun story. Every time they cross paths, hilarity ensues. I loved that mini-series featuring the two of them a few years back. A movie featuring those two would be greatness. Since it will probably never happen for real, why not do it as an animated feature?

Anyway, I have to agree with others here- we need a good comic-science explanation for why Storm would be flaming on in this situation. The flames would suck the remaining oxygen out of the area.
