@SunfireUrA55 - Nope. Gambit throws projectiles. Longshot's power is to essentially make the improbable probable. Also, Longshot has always worn an all black leather ensemble.

Not sure why anybody would think this is "crap artwork". I think the art style brings a sense of fun to a fun character. Although, not really digging the hipster hairstyle. But I guess Longshot was always kind of the hipster of the X-Men anyway. He did go out with Dazzler after all, so it makes sense that he would have a sort of rock star style.

@SunfireUrA55- Back in the day he used to throw little razor blade-like projectiles. That's probably what you're thinking of.

I've always enjoyed Longshot for the mojo stories,but his power (along with Scarlet Witch and Domino)is too vague.Luck/Probability powers?He'd only be useful at Foxwoods?Forge's power could be cool with the proper writing though,he's the mutant Mcguyver times 100!Give him a Popsicle stick,2 staples and a diaper and you get a supersonic jet!

Longshot has always been a kind of cult character. Either you love him or hate him.
One thing is certain, tho. He's always had his own swag. Second to none.
Therefore, Longshot would NEVER get a hipster cut. Ever.

The cut in the cover is much better and Longshot like.

If longshot is all about probability as his power then why does his eyeball glow? I doubt you could see out of it when it is that bright. So longshot is half blind....lame
