Love these characters, loved the idea of an entirely female roster, but they didn't have the writing/stories to back it up and I've given up on it for now. Sorry, X-Men.

Uncanny is still pretty decent..

She hasn't been cured yet? The vampire thing is old. We need to focus more on evolving her powers and combat skills without having to resort to a bite from a supernatural bloodsucker.

Yeah, I feel the same way. Gave the book a shot but it got really ridiculous really fast, and not in a fun way. Between vampire jubilee, sublime and his sister's origin story and everything, it just went too far out there. Was totally excited for an all-girl team, and the writing brought it down.

Storm was a vampire so I can't see why Jubes can't be one. Vampirism in the Marvel universe is like diabetes, it's a manageable condition.

Subsonic rounds. Never did like them. They're okay for very SPECIFIC purposes but they're shit when it comes to practicality.

Ahh yes, more proof that most of the people on here have no idea what they're ever talking about. They should really change the title of this site to super-heromovie.com

For those wondering: Jubilee lost her powers on M-Day, became the power-suit wearing hero Wondra of the New Warriors. Eventually, she is attacked by a vampire suicide bomber (yep, you read that right) and becomes a Vampire. A short time later, as a full vampire, she trains with a secret vampire organization called The Forgiven so she can go out in sunlight and not need to feed on human blood. She's now once again a member of the X-Men (the all female lineup).
