Ever since it was revealed that Kieron Gillen would be ending his run on Journey Into Mystery, fans have wondered what will become of 'Kid Loki'. The cover of Marvel NOW! Point One actually featured him alongside 'Miss America Chavez' and 'Wiccan', leading to speculation that we'll soon see a new Young Avengers series. Loki made a deal with Mephisto or Hela, or both, can't remember, that kept him from completely dying (before Siege). So when he "died" during Siege he was reborn as a kid. When Thor found him he made kid Loki "Aware" similar to when he made all the Asgardians aware after Ragnarok at the beginning of the "Thor" series that started around/in 2007

Kid Apocalypse is a clone of the child reincarnation of Apocalypse that Uncanny X-Force killed in the first arc of their series. Fantomex killed him to prevent another adult Apoclaypse, but secretly cloned him out of regret to prove kid Apocalypse (named Evan) could be good if raised properly.
