I think that cover gave it away. I bet its nick fury so he could rest the time line to its proper place since it was broken with age of ultron and the x-men coming from the past. Or maybe it was GUSTO :

Damn it, first they got Hickman to write one of these, now Jason Aaron. Just when I swear off of these they bring in a writer I really like (but then I liked Fraction too and then came Fear Itself). I'll bet the next event is written by Rick Remender - call it a hunch. Either way, like any other story they get three issues. If I ain't won over by then I'm out.

When I was growing up there was a comic called the Watchemn and the first cover had a tag line who watches the watchmen and, well, uh seems like great comic ideas are recycled over and over.
