I wouldn't day that they've taken the comics world by storm so much as sold copies to those who've showed up late to get the original cover. I almost had to settle in a Marvel Point One variant baby cover, luckily a few weeks later I was able to find the regular one.

I really don't understand the fascination with the Skottie Young baby covers. I would rather have the regular covers any day.

Well obviously, the point is that a lot of people like 'em, and they sell a lot of extra books this way. They wouldn't be flushing money down the drain if it hurt sales. This is a business after all: supply and demand. Give the people what they want.

Not digging the new characters at all yet in All-Bendis XMen. I'm buying this solely for Scott, Magneto, Emma, and Illyana.
