Love how Christopher Yost write this character. Not a big Dan Slott person however I think the Doc Oc swtcheroo story was an interesting concept, especially since i know it Peter Parker will eventually return. That said I love how Yost writes the character. He makes this run ever the more interesting.

I want Peter to come back, but i want Otto to stay as the Superior Spider-man! Can we give him an LMD or Parker-Clone or something??

Although I've vowed never to pick up an issue titled "Superior", I kinda want to pick this up.

This will be his downfall, One of the six will either find out he's Otto or realize there's something not right about him and eventually help to bring everything crashing down on Otto.

Those "the worst drawings of Rob liefield" articles from a while back have changed the way I look at body physiology in comic book artwork - with that said, the right hand of spider-ock in the first picture is just atrocious. How does that make it to print?!?

Is anyone else other than Carlie Cooper going to figure out that Peter is not really Peter?

Pete will be back eventually. Enjoy the odd Otto ride.

I like the fact that Ock is still EXTREMELY pissed at the Vulture. It shows that, despite everything that Doc Ock's done over the years, there are lines that even he won't cross. It's also interesting to see how he truly views his "peers". "I will add that to the already considerable list of things you don't know." THAT is a great line.

What will happen...Otto will ruin most of Petes life, he'll be out of the Avengers & back to be a solo hero, perhaps as he should be.

Relationships with those closest to him, some other hero's as well will be strained if not ruined. Otto will do some pretty unforgivable things. Pete will be hurt & feel betrayed by those who he loves not knowing that it wasn't him. Leaves a lot of character based stories & angsty issues to deal with.

Lastly, I believe Ock has murdered or will, how will Pete live with those memories. He will be a wanted criminal maybe, hunted by police, Shield & heor's alike. How will he prove he was not responsible, will he hang up the costume? That's where we're headed, prob around the next Spiderman movie all this will happen or start.

Does anyone else think that the new Mysterio could be the 616 Miles Morales? He's a young black man, and I find it odd that he got introduced with zero personal backstory. And even though the cover up there shows him in the classic duds, his new costume is red and black. We know Miles is in the 616 because in Spider-Man Season 1, Spidey saved his life as a child during his first fight with the Vulture.

At the end of the Ultimate/Classic Spidey crossover, Peter googled Miles and had a shocked expression, which made me think he could be either dead or a criminal in this reality. And now that the Ultimate reality is coming to its end, I don't think they'll want to erase such a great character.

Also... I can't wait for Peter to come back and find himself engaged to marry a midget.

That's just it, Fangz. They haven't given any details on the new Mysterio. All we know about him is that when Punisher shattered the glass on his helmet, he was black. Moments later, Otto remarks that he looks too young to be a supervillain.
The fact that they dodged his origin story makes me think he's a familiar character. Not to mention, the original Mysterio crossed over to the Ultimateverse and knows both Peter's and Miles' identitites.
