@MutantEquality - Read the Children's Crusade. That explains her return to the fold and dealt with the Avengers Disassembled/House of M Fallout.

@Shamo - Yeah she kind of gets a pass because you know... she had a psychological break and got better over the course of years.. and she is trusted now because she stopped some maniac from destroying the planet recently... god what was his name again? something summers...

@Xiim, i must of missed the issue where she was put in front of a judge, tried for her crimes, plead insanity and was sent to a mental institution. what comic did that happen in again?

also, Scott was under the influence of the Dark Phoenix.
