Warren Worthington III also known as "Angel" led a group of  125 mutants along with Iceman and Kitty Pryde from the X-Mansion (which was taken over by Trask Industries) all the way to Zuccotti Park. However, the Sentinels changed from protective to offensive and began attacking the peaceful protest. 21 mutants died in the chaos including Angel. Iceman and Kitty escaped with minor injuries.

Nightcrawler
After being captured one night, Kurt Wagner also known as "Nightcrawler" tried protecting a small group of child mutants however his attempts were in vein as the children were murdered by a Sentinel and Kurt was apprehended and forced to wear a suppresive collar. While in a Trask mutant prison camp, he assisted Blink in the smuggling of 30 detained mutants. However, he stayed behind to give them more time resulting in his capture and eventual execution.

Beast
A mutant ambassador, Hank McCoy's death was a turning point in the mutant defense. While in his home, a group of Anti-Mutants dragged Beast from his home then preceeded to tie him to a pole. The leader then poured gasoline on Hank then set fire to the mutant, killing him.

Mystique
Soon after a majority of the mutant population were terminated, the Sentinels began targeting humans. Since losing her ability, she was labeled a human and gunned down during a Sentinel attack in Washington, DC.

Banshee
Living a normal life ended once the Sentinels began attacking Mutants, and this was no exception for Sean Cassidy. Banshee joined the mutant resistance in its beginning years but was murdered in a group by enemy Sentinels.
