Cool, I wonder if in the film his costume will look more like this, or go the more classic route?

@Jayman627 - They will probably do a redesign for the sequel similar or close to this. However, correct me if I'm wrong, Feige is also having a say on the creative direction for Marvel Comics right?

@geekarchitect - Sorry, I'm actually not sure if he is? Sounds familiar but I didn't hear if it was confirmed.

I really can't see the appeal of Shang-Chi. I will watch the movie but I wouldn't buy a comic with him in.

Well tell a lie,I have got Jonathan Hickman's Avengers omnibus and he is in it but it wasn't purchased for him.

Man, they are really doing a double down on Shang-chi. Is he the focal character for Phase 4,5, and 6?

I like his costume, but kinda hope his movie look is more Secret Avengers type, or classic; shirtless with bandana

Nice artwork, although I'm baffled as to how an Asian artist has made Shang-Chi look like a white man/part-Asian at best (based on obvious facial features and skin tone).

@tylerzero - I'm sure there's a pure Chinese who look like that. OT Fun Trivia. I just found out last week that there is a certain village in China where the Chinese have blond hair and blue eyes.

That's because they're mostly mixed with Caucasians.

Why does Shang-Chi look like a roided out Justin Chatwin from the DragonBall movie?
