Nova Corps
The Nova Corps are often considered the SHIELD of Xander. They have 2 goals. Protect the civilization of Xander, and Protect the Xander Worldmind. The Nova corps also protect other portions of the universe but spend most of their time protecting Xander. They are powered by the Nova Force which is generated by a living computer as already introduced the Xander Worldmind. The Nova corps have 5 ranks: Nova Prime, the highest ranking nova with the most Nova-Force and is the leader of the Nova Corps. Centurion, The second rank which have high amounts of Nova Force, out of this pool they select the Nova Prime. Denarians, Middle ranking they only have 75% of the Nova force compared to Centurions. Millennians, Lower ranking with only 50% of the Nova-force a centurion has. Lastly the Corpsman which is the entry level and only 25% of the Nova-Force. The 2 lower ranks don’t have the ability to fly and use Blasters. To look more at the higher ranking Nova Corps we will look at Richard Rider.
Richard Rider
Rhomann Dey came to earth trying to find Zorr the space pirate who just destroyed his planet. Rhomann Dey was the Nova Prime and after being injured and near death he sent his powers to a random human named Richard Rider. Rider gained the uniform and the powers of the Centurion and started taking out street level villains. Eventually he finds Dey’s space ship in orbit and travels to the newly created Xandar. After this he defends Xandar, give up his powers, gains them back, and continues his life as a hero. Nova has the powers of a Nov Centurion such as flight, strength, speed, durability, absorbing energy, and firing beams. Also he wears some pretty solid armor. Rhomann Dey is going to be in Guardians of the Galaxy, I wouldn’t be surprised to at least see a cameo of Richard but they may save him for a solo film.
Kree
The Kree are arguably the greatest alien race in the universe. The live on the planet Hala and have a vast empire. If I’m correct the largest in the Universe. They are a tad smaller than Humans but only 2-3 inches. The pure bred Kree and leaders are Blue colored, however the majority of them are a slightly pinker human color. Ronan the Accuser is often their leader but recently the Inhumans have been in charge. They can’t survive on Earth without breathing regulators due to the fact that their atmosphere is denser than ours. The Kree because of this have minor differences to use. They are slightly stronger and more durable (kind of the reason for superman’s powers in Man of Steel) but not super human. We are seeing Ronan the Accuser and more than likely a few other Kree in Guardians of the Galaxy.
Captain Marvel
Mar-Vell is a Kree Captain sent to spy on Earth to find if they are a threat to the Kree Empire. While there people mispronounce his name to call him Captain Marvel and the name has stuck. While on earth he helps save humans from danger and so is sentenced to death by the Kree Empire. After escaping the Empire he gains powers through different ways such as nega bands, Eon, and other ways. He ends with superhuman strength, the ability to use Solar Energy absorption to fly and also to fire it at targets. Also he has Cosmic Awareness which allows him to see any threat in the universe and travel at faster than light speed to get there. He also has the ability to live in outer space without having to breathe. Captain Marvel has been a steady going Avenger for a while, helping them with quite a few tasks throughout his time. Mar-Vell died in the 80s (won’t tell how) and hasn’t really returned since then. I know lots of us miss him and hope for a return in time. I’d Expect him to show up in a cosmic film of some kind if not a Avengers film eventually. Possibly even a solo film but as of right now that isn’t to likely.
Quasar
Wendell Vaughn was a graduate from SHIELD academy. He found bands that had been tested on by scientists and learns their powers and controls them, taking the name Quasar. He goes to Uranus where Captain Mar-Vell had gotten the bands from Eon to learn more about them. After this he joins the Avengers and fights many different villains to kingdom come. His powers are from the Quantum Bands which give him Flight, the ability to teleport, and also tapping into the Quantum Zone which is unlimited energy. He can use this energy to fire beams and fire along with many other abilities. He also has the same Cosmic Awareness that Captain Mar-Vell has. I think this type of story arc would be great. It has the emotion of losing Captain Mar-Vell and also adds Quesar to a roster. Would love to see Mar-Vell on the Big screen, and if he dies Quasar shortly after.
Skrull
The Skrull in my opinion are the second most important alien race. This group of shape shifters control over 900 worlds in the Galaxy, the capital being Skrullos. They are very technologically advanced and trade with anyone they deem worthy. The Skrulls recently had the secret Invasion of earth (One of my favorite movie Ideas) and were left crippled afterward. Another story line that uses them is the wars with the Kree that happen often. Normally they are a green reptilian look but they are able to change into anything they want that is roughly the same size as them. They use this to spy greatly through comics. One of the most known and powerful Skrull is KI’rt the Super Skrull who has all the abilities of the Fantastic Four and more. Along with the basics of their team he has the ability to control minds and paralyze them, in a Fantastic Four reboot he would be a likely villain. In the Marvel Universe we could see the Skrull facing Inhumans, Guardians of the Galaxy or anyone of the cosmic heroes. However it appears they are owned by Fox with the Fantastic Four which is why they are only using the Kree in movies so far.
Eternals
The celestials visited Earth long time ago and experimented on humans. It in turn made the Eternals. The Eternal had a civil war which in turn sent some of them to Uranus. Some of them tried to get back to earth to start the war again but were attacked by Kree and settled on the Saturn Moon of Titan. The Eternals lived on Earth with near immortality in hiding due to the fact they look like humans. They also live on different planets in the Universe. The Eternals are able to mate but there is a small amount of them, they can also mate with humans but doing so will only produce humans. They are nearly unkillable as even if you do vaporize and kill them they have ways of coming back to life. They have (or have potentially) the abilities of: Strength. Firing energy, blasts, heat, from hands and eyes. Flight. Reading and controlling minds. Teleporting. Force fields. Changing shapes of objects. Making illusions. They are able to combine together to make the Uni-Mind which is an entity that has all the powers of those combined. However they are unable to attack or fight with the Celestials and must defend them at all costs. Even if they do not wish to do so. If we see a Inhumans film expect to see the Eternals to be at least a part of that movie. If not I’m not sure what movies to look out for with them.
Adam Warlock
Scientists working in the Enclave created an artificial human. He rebels and flees to space. He calls himself Warlock and soon gets the name Adam as well. The High Evolutionary finds him and gives him a green soul gem. This gem has a mind of his own, along with his superhuman abilities, flight, and energy projection, the gem gives him the ability to steel the life from someone and send them to a pocket universe. Warlock is at a constant battle with his future self the Magus who time travels to face Warlock. He also must fight to not become the Magus himself. He fights alongside captain Mar-vell and the avengers quite often against Thanos, but he also fights beside Thanos from time to time. He has also joined the Guardians of the Galaxy. In the end the last we have seen of Warlock is becoming the Magus and being sent to a cocoon which is under guard. Will he return we don’t know. Seeing Warlock show up in an avengers movie or any cosmic movie (Especially one with Thanos) is highly likely.
