I'm pretty sure they are:
Iron Patriot (stand in for Cap and Iron Man): Norman Osborn (a millionaire socialite director of H.A.M.M.E.R - parallel to Stark)
Spidey stand-in: Venom (looks much bulkier than spidey and the PHYSIQUE of Venom...plus the hints said "BACK IN BLACK..." didn't Venom lose the symbiote temporarily after his fight with Anti-Venom?)
Hawkeye stand-in: Bullseye (in the Ultimate universe, Hawkeye has Bullseye's powers...if u can call em that way... so I dont see a reason why they can t use em in the regular universe...)
Ms. Marvel stand-in: Moonstone (blonde, similiar powers...there's something about her Moonstone-y in the pic but I cant put my finger on what...)
Wolvie stand-in: Daken: in this pic:

the wolvie stand-in is 1. less bulky than Wolvie (just as Daken is) and 2. has claws the SAME PLACES as Daken (two on knuckles one on wrist)...and evidently his claws have been adamantiumised too... anyway, moving on...
The rest confirmed by that pic are Ares and Marvel Boy and from what I ve heard is the Sentry...
Pretty intriguing lineup no? Thunderbolts 2.0...see were the thunderbolt background is a hint in that pic?

if you haven't read it already, venom is given something to make him look like spidey, and the iron patriot suit is made from a crap load of iron man suits that osborn stumbles upon in the avengers tower. this is the biggest nerd explosion i've had in a while, awesome comic line.
