This show is really good. NBC did it no favors by airing it on Friday.

SyFy will pick it up if it gets canceled though.

I hope you're right @IamnotYou. If it get's the green light to go on, I hope the fx team gives us more horrific looking creatures for the show...I know it's NBC and all. Still, I can dream.

Matt Ryan is the best thing in this show, I hope he reprise Constantine on JLD if ever.

I think it's a safe bet it will get picked up
For a second season. Hopefully NBC will
Have the sense to put it on another night.

I'll only watch this show if he changes his tie each episode.

Actually I am hoping that CW picks it up, then they can tie in Flash and Arrow!

@JoeMomma29 No. I don't want this to have a side story of a love triangle between Constantine, Zed, and Chas.

@JoeMomma29 Also I can do without the shippers. #OlicityNeedsToDie!

@Yonny616

LOL! I would agree with you from a season ago of Arrow but they have really cut down the soapy drama. Also CW will respect this show more than NBC if you ask me.

Has anyone else noticed that the character of Manny has largely taken the role filled by Constantine himself during Alan Moore's 'American Gothic' run in Swamp Thing, giving little hints and tips to the players but always remaining outside the action until it really matters?

I really want this show to succeed and have at least a few more seasons but the last episode I watched (episode 4) was just hard to watch. It felt really rushed, the actors seemed uninterested and the threat didn't feel real since it was over so soon. Plus on a side note it painted Constantine as a horrible horrible monster, not morally ambiguous or anything almost villain like.

I like that show...

In my opinion, this was dctv's only mistake. The Flash is awesome, Gotham is pretty cool for what it is, Arrow is not for me but I'm not it's target demographic (13-24 y/o girls ;P ). But I really hate this show. I put most of the blame on NBC though.

@JoeMomma29 They have toned it down with the soapy-ness, won't lie, but I wouldn't be able to stand the shippers. Also I don't think CW would take it as they already have Supernatural which I don't think is ending anytime soon. As for CW respecting it more? Maybe, maybe not, but they will be more patient with it as NBC has higher rating expectations.
