I'm here today to share my opinion on why Sony should get the rights to DareDevil and how he could tie in to the Sony Cinematic Universe. Thanks to SpiderManFan99 for the help.

"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is coming next year and "The Amazing Spider-Man 3" in 2016 with "The Amazing Spider-Man 4" in 2018. However, Marc Webb has stated that the fourth movie may not necessarily be a Spider-Man movie but from that universe. Hmm, interesting. So what could it be?

Sony's Cinematic Universe will, by 2018, feature four films- All Spider-Man movies. But after Marc Webb's comments on the fourth not necessarily being a Spider-Man movie, lots of rumors have been swung around(Get it, SWUNG ;D). What should it be in my opinion, A TEAM-UP. "But Sony only have the rights to Spider-Man!" Yes but look who comes with that.

Spider-Man's own little team with Venom and Black Cat. Awesome. This could have a good script, good characters, but... anymore heroes? Get the rights to DareDevil. Here's a few reasons why:

Spider-Man and Daredevil both share one of the same main villains- KINGPIN. They along with Black Cat and Venom know have a good villain and one to add to the rumored sinister six which would help rather than cramming all there build ups into three Spider-Man films. Kingpin's background can be saved for a Daredevil solo movie.

They'll quite simply look cool on the big screen. Look at the first image. They appeared together before in the animated Spider-Man film "Daredevil vs. Spider-Man" which is a really cool movie. Find it.

Getting the rights to Daredevil will build up the Sony Cinematic Universe by adding another franchise. Sony are lacking in them, realistically they can only make two, maybe three, franchises. If this (VERY unlikely) move happens, this is how the SCU could end up looking like:

2012- THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN

2014- THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2

2016- THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 3

2018- Ok, so TASM 4. So in summary, this, "not really a Spidey movie" should be a team up with the characters stated in this article. The title- "MARVEL TRINITY" or "MANHATTAN'S FINEST".

2019- VENOM

2020- THE MAN WITHOUT FEAR

Special thanks to SpiderManFan99!

This is the first time I've ever heard someone wanting Marvel to loose the rights to a character

Same here moviemaster. I thought I was just seeing things. Then I thought they misspelled "Don't get the rights to Daredevil". Then I realized........ Whoa.

Of course it does. But I like it and I'm looking forward to see what they come up with for the next three.

In the end I want TASM to be in the MCU so if that ends up happening then we can have Daredevil and Spidey teaming up!

the only way i can see marvel giveing daredevil to them is in return marvel get to use spiderman for the avengers, but i doubt that would happen.

This article is pointless cause there is no way in hell marvel is going to seek any right to any of there characters anymore. The only reason they did that in the first place is cause they went bankrupt.

Marvel and Sony are more likely to join than Marvel and Fox, so it's possible and a marvel wants to do it.
