Dazzler first appeared during the Dark Phoenix Saga in 1980 (hence the disco outfit). Jubilee first appeared in 1989.

It's weird because this isn't the first time I've heard someone say she was a Jubilee ripoff.

yeah dazzler appeared but when us mallrats came of age they created jubilee, guessing since jubilee is of asain decent she may have a great chance of appearing just please cast a fine black woman for storm
