Following this morning's epic costume reveal, a handful of set photos from Deadpool 3 have surfaced online, featuring both Ryan Reynolds (Wade Wilson/Deadpool) and Hugh Jackman (Logan/Wolverine) shooting what appears to be high-flying action sequence, where they may actually be going at one another.
The photos also give us a much better look at Jackman's new blue-and-yellow suit, and lets us see some of the side and back of the suit, which all look pretty much perfect. No sign of that trademark mask just yet, but we have to imagine it's coming, although we may be waiting a few more months before we get that long-awaited unveiling.
We also have an expanded look at the desert wasteland set and are able to clearly see the ruins of what appears to be a massive 20th Century Fox logo - have the duo been pruned? Regardless, it seems like the movie is shaping up to be a lot crazier than any of us could have predicted. As for how exactly Deadpool and Wolverine escape their current universe and find their way to the Marvel Cinematic Universe remains to be seen, but we absolutely can't wait to find out!
In addition to Reynolds and Jackman, the supporting cast consists of Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa Carlysle), Stefan Kapičić (Piotr Rasputin/Colossus), Rob Delaney (Peter W.), Brianna Hildebrand (Eloise Phimister/Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio), Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfadyen, and Jennifer Garner (Elektra).
Several former X-Men cast members and a handful of MCU veterans have also been rumored to appear in various capacities - head over HERE to learn out more about who may (or may not) appear in the upcoming Marvel blockbuster.
Deadpool 3 is scheduled to hit theaters on May 3, 2024; but that's subject to change with the ongoing WGA strike and the possible SAG-AFTRA strike.
