We've brought you a lot of Deadpool 3 set photos this week and they all appear to have been taken across the course of the same couple of says. However, such is the level of excitement surrounding Hugh Jackman's return as Wolverine, they're seemingly being released one batch at a time by media outlets.
The latest come our way from Mail Online (you can see the full gallery by visiting their website) and in those, we finally see Logan unsheath his Adamantium claws!
Thanks to the events of The Wolverine and X-Men: Days of Future Past, there was some confusion about which claws the mutant should actually have. Thankfully, it's the classic ones, and we're pleased to see they're not going to be brought to the screen solely through the use of visual effects.
As for why Wolverine and Deadpool appear to be squaring off here, we'd guess neither is particularly happy about finding themselves stranded in a location which looks an awful lot like The Void from Loki.
Both characters boast impressive healing abilities meaning they can't die, so we're sure the duo will eventually grow bored with tearing lumps out of each other. Unfortunately, still conspicuous by its absence is Wolverine's classic mask, though his suit is now rocking some fresh bullet holes.
Alongside Ryan Reynolds and Jackman, the movie will feature the returns of Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Stefan Kapicic (Colossus), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio), and Rob Delaney (Peter).
Emma Corrin has also signed up as a mystery character, while it sounds like Matthew Macfadyen will be playing a TVA agent named Paradox. It's also been confirmed that Jennifer Garner will reprise her role as Elektra, and Ben Affleck, James Marsden, Halle Berry, Patrick Stewart, and Ian McKellen are among the many names rumoured to appear.
Deadpool 3 is set to be released in theaters on May 3, 2024.
