Yesterday, DEADPOOL Took Over Fandango's Twitter Account For Hilarious Results

When you have a comic book character like Deadpool, who's famous for breaking the fourth-wall, you don't get the actor that plays him to promote the film, you get Deadpool himself to do it. Case in point, Deadpool took over Fandango's twitter account and hilarity ensued.

To promote next month's release of his solo comic book film, Deadpool (no, not Ryan Reynolds, Deadpool) took over Fandango's Twitter account to answer some fan questions.  Here are some of the highlights.

Q: Are we going to see Spidey in Deadpool movies?
Deadpool: My lawyer sense is tingling. Next question.

Q: Did you keep anything from the set?
Deadpool: Anything Leslie Uggams brushed up against.

Q: What can I do to have an ass as big as yours?
Deadpool: Eat a Kardashian.

Q: Any dating advice? Also, the suit looks uncomfortable, any chaffing?
Deadpool: I can answer both questions at once: lubricate!

Q: What would you bring with you on a date?
Deadpool:  Another person.

Q: Do you sweat?
Deadpool:  Yes, C&C Music Factory made me.

Q: Favorite Disney movie?
Deadpool: Grinding Nemo.

Q: What's your favorite Taylor Swift music video?
Deadpool:  The one in my head, where she's naked.

You can check out more from the FAN Q&A Here.  Deadpool arrives in US theaters on February 12, 2016.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Please let the movie be as good as all of this marketing. The way they've been trying to bring Deadpool to the attention of comic book fans and the general public has been phenomenal.

I think Fox put more money into the marketing than into the movie. Hopefully the movie's wit matches this campaign.

I really hope they include the entire Marketing campaign in the Blue-ray disks.
One thing that I've liked about it is that all the material in the marketing campaign isn't all from the movie.

That's why I'm not concerned about them showing too much on the trailers, since a lot of it is made up for the trailer and isn't part of the movie.

The over marketing of this movie is driving me away. I hope that scene on the bridge isn't the best scene in the movie.

Without question, this is the role Ryan Reynolds was born to play.

This movie is going to kill it.

Can't wait sit my ass down, eat a chimichanga, and enjoy this flick.

Definitely encouraging news, if true. It no guarantee, but this isn't talking about twitter reactions to an early screening... It's talking about audience testing measured against all the previous Marvel films. I'm assuming they don't all rate "100%", because then the test data would be useless. This one is getting the strongest positives from the test audiences out of all of their films.

And if Winter Soldier was the previous highest testing film, then that sounds good. Had they told me their highest testing film before was "Thor The Dark World", then I wouldn't pay it much mind.
